INTRODUCTION Gamers Connect ("we", "us", "the Service") includes the mobile application for iOS/Android, the website https://gamers-connect.app, and related APIs operated to provide social and gaming features. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. DATA WE COLLECT Account and profile: email address, username, display name, internal user identifier (app user code), region, avatar and profile fields you choose to provide. Game-related data: game profiles, in-game player identifiers you link, questionnaire answers, alliance membership and roles, search criteria for finding alliances or players. Communications: messages and files you send in chats (alliance, officers, friends, direct messages where available), and related metadata such as timestamps; read receipts or presence where the feature exists. Technical data: device type, operating system, app version, language, push notification tokens, diagnostic data needed for stability and abuse prevention. Payments and subscriptions: we do not store full bank card numbers. Payments are processed by certified payment providers (e.g. YooKassa). We may receive payment status, subscription plan identifiers, and transaction references. Support and feedback: information you send to support, HelpDesk tickets, or email. 3. HOW WE USE DATA We use data to: create and secure your account; provide profiles, alliances, friends, search, chats, achievements, and customization (themes, chat bubbles, avatar frames); deliver push and in-app notifications you have not disabled; process subscriptions and voluntary donations; detect abuse, spam, and fraud; improve reliability and fix errors; comply with law and respond to lawful requests. 4. LEGAL BASES Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service); legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement); consent where required (e.g. optional marketing or certain notifications); legal obligations. 5. SHARING AND PROCESSORS We use subprocessors for hosting, databases, email delivery, push notifications, payment processing, object storage for media you upload, and authentication providers you choose (e.g. email, or third-party login if offered). We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the Service. 6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS If data is stored or processed outside your country, we take steps consistent with applicable law (including appropriate safeguards where required). 7. RETENTION We keep data while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it in line with our technical capabilities and legal duties. You may request account deletion in the app where the feature is available. 8. YOUR RIGHTS Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. CHILDREN The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. 10. CHANGES We may update this Policy.
